What’s in a session?

Your time is valuable, and my aim is to make the most of it. Upon booking a session, you'll receive a brief survey containing 10 questions to complete before our call. This will help me understand your current situation following the layoff and tailor our session to provide you with the best support possible. 

It’s important to specify an area of focus in the survey. This ensures that we can prioritize and address it effectively within the allotted time frame.
